The focus remains on the referred matter itself. The firm respects the referring attorney’s client relationship and does not use a referral as an opportunity to pursue unrelated legal matters with the client.

Referral fee arrangements are handled in accordance with California State Bar Rule 1.5.1, which requires client consent and a division of fees that is either proportional to the services performed by each attorney or based on joint responsibility for the representation.



The attorney is available to discuss the specifics of referral fee arrangements directly with referring counsel on an attorney-to-attorney basis.
